Refund policy
We offer a 7-day window (starting from the date USPS confirmed delivery) for customers to return unused and unopened products. Customers are responsible for paying for and fulfilling shipping for your return, and we will only issue a refund once the package arrives to us and we confirm the condition of the items.
Items that are "On Sale" or "Leaving Soon" or "Retiring Soon" are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
We make sure to quality check our products and safely package them before shipping them out. However, if an item arrives to you damaged, please email photos to orders@megsmashables.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue!
We do not accept returns or refunds for lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office first! Once we drop off your order to USPS, it is - quite literally - in their hands and we have no control or responsibility for what happens to the package. While we’d love to be able to replace packages that USPS has lost or that may have been stolen, please keep in mind that we are a small business and this becomes a financial loss for us, as well as you.
That said, we want to make sure you get your goodies! So here are some things that may help:

- Contact USPS directly (https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm).
- If you’ve tried reaching out to the USPS and your local post office and filed a claim, but they weren’t able to help,
- File a claim through USPS.
