Shipping policy
Please know that we will do our best to get all orders processed and shipped as soon as possible. Typically we aim for 3-5 days processing time once an order is placed. Items are shipped USPS Priority, with shipping times varying based on destination. Typically, standard shipping time is 3-7 days and orders include a tracking number that is emailed to you once your order is shipped.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!
Please note that due to many other things out of our control, shipping rates are higher for international orders. We also do not pay for VAT, so when your package arrives to your country, you may be responsible for paying any fees/taxes your country requires before receiving your package. We understand this is frustrating but we promise we are giving the best rate we can without it becoming a financial loss on our end. We are a small business and still learning the ins and outs of shipping out to the big wide world. One day we will be able to have more affordable international shipping, but until then we appreciate your patience and support <3
We do not accept returns or refunds for lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office first!
Once we drop off your order to USPS, it is - quite literally - in their hands and we have no control or responsibility for what happens to the package. While we’d love to be able to replace packages that USPS has lost or that may have been stolen, please keep in mind that we are a small business and this becomes a financial loss for us, as well as you.
That said, we want to make sure you get your goodies! So here are some things that may help:
- Contact your local post office.
- Contact USPS directly (https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm).
- If you’ve tried reaching out to the USPS and your local post office and filed a claim, but they weren’t able to help,
- File a claim through USPS.
